Privacy Policy

Talent Dynamics are committed to handling your personal data with care and respect. This policy outlines our information gathering and dissemination practices, so that you can make informed choices about how to interact with this website.  In accordance with GDPR this policy also states what data we hold, why we hold it, how we use it and your options and rights regarding personal data collection. 

Information Collection and Use

We collect information that personally identifies you (“personal information”) in some circumstances, for example when you provide your personal information to us in our contact form, or when we commence a business relationship with you - you will always know that we are doing this, because you will either give us the information in a conversation, or you will send us an email so that we have your email address and so can communicate with you.  We never acquire contact information from in any other way.  The types of personal information we collect might include name, contact details, organisation and enquiry details.

We collect and store your personal information to provide, administer and improve services, maintain and update our records, manage our relationship with you, perform the work you ask us to do and deal with your enquiries and concerns. We are committed to industry best practice and take reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of this data.

Information Retention

We retain your data only for as long as is necessary to conduct a business relationship with you, so while we are either discussing, or actually doing any agreed work with you, and thereafter so that we may keep in contact, for example to check that the impact of the work we have done with you is being sustained.  If you wish us to delete your contact details at an point following our work with you, you can ask us to do this, and we will comply within 28 days, though usually we will delete the information immediately.  We rarely send out any form of newsletter, though we may on occasion - we will do this only if we have checked with you that you wish to 'opt-in' to such communications, and you can unsubscribe at any time. 

You may also ask us to remove your data from our records at any time, and may also request a copy of the data we hold on you, which will then be provided free of charge.  If you have any concerns, you may contact the Information Commissioner.

Disclosure

We will not use or disclose your personal information without your consent, except:

  • where required or authorised by law;
  • to implement the terms of any agreement we have with you;
  • to assist the lawful investigation of a law enforcement authority;
  • the assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern; or
  • as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Integrity

We restrict access to personal information to individuals who are bound by our confidentiality obligations, and even then only share your data with your knowledge, for example if two or more of us are working on a piece of activity with a team. These individuals are subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

All data is held on our servers in the United Kingdom.

Communications from the Site

Your email address is used to only send you information that you have requested. We will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists to any outside firms not involved in the provision of our services.

Newsletter

We may occasionally send you an email newsletter, but only when you have opted in, and these will always include an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes and no further email newsletters will be sent to you.

Website Usage Information

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, or to administer our website. We do not link your IP address which accesses our website to any personal information. We use tracking information to determine which areas our site users visit based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how often each page is visited. This helps us make our website better.
