We unlock the uniqueness in individuals. We work at a practical level to enable them to be as effective as possible in their work.

Traditionally, development has focused on building skills or modifying behaviour. Yet lasting change can only be achieved by getting to the heart of the matter - by working on the things that determine how someone behaves or learns.

Much of our work therefore focuses on a leader's or team's identity - how they see themselves - and on how this affects the way they operate. We explore the beliefs and values that underpin behaviours, and as a result, we enable our clients to make lasting changes in how they operate.

This is not only fulfilling for them, but also delivers the greatest possible value to the organisation. We don't theorise about this. We have spent years delivering this in partnership with numerous clients, and the results speak for themselves (see our client 'case studies' page).

We have all had senior careers in commercial organisations before working in leadership development - we can honestly say we understand your challenges, yet as professional coaches, we won't try to tell you how to do your job ! You are the expert in you - our job is to elicit what's great about you so that you can be as effective as possible in your specific circumstances.

We are leaders in our field. Coaching is a growing profession, and selecting the right coaches for your business is a minefield.

We were among the first twenty coaches in the UK to be awarded one of the top two levels of accreditation from the ICF (International Coach Federation), and we continue to be at the forefront of the profession, speaking regularly at conferences and corporate events.

We are actively training the next generation of professional coaches, running one of only two courses accredited by the ICF for professional coach training in the UK (see our 'resources' page for details).

We also bring our expertise in-house to build internal coaching capability in organisations.
