This means we are a well-kept secret – we do not have a single ‘name’ by which you can find us.  Our clients seek us out through reputation and word of mouth recommendation – so the route to us is always through one of the individuals in our network, personally.

We each take responsibility for building our own client base.  This means you are working with people who are not only outstanding coaches, but who also know how to build a real understanding of your business, and tailor-make activities to support you in achieving your aspirations.

We do not believe in a cumbersome infrastructure, and we have no responsibility to give each other work.  In short, all of our attention is on your needs.  We assign whoever will do the best job for the client, without exception, and without the traditional organisation’s need to ‘get people out on fees’.  Each of us stands or falls, quite simply, by the quality of the work we do as judged by our clients.
