And you can only find out what fulfilment means to someone if you take time to build a relationship with them - this is not a quick fix !... You don't cultivate great personal relationships without taking time and care with the people involved, and business is no exception !

Building on strengths is key - we frequently work with individuals or teams to overcome whatever is holding them back, but we start and end with what's great about them. Focusing only on faults and problems tends to be de-motivating. Everyone has challenges, but everyone has things at which they can excel too - the key is finding these in the context of work and tapping into them !

Leaders need to be prepared to take a good look at their own stuff - We are not in the business of 'fixing them for you'. We are interested in working with leaders to create a culture in which being as effective as you can be is a maxim for everyone in the organisation, top to bottom.

Results count - tracking results from the kind of work we do is notoriously difficult - but that doesn't mean we don't bother. As a client, you want to know that the work makes commercial sense. So we work with you to find the best, most pragmatic ways possible of paying attention to this important factor. It takes a certain focus and dedication to the cause, but our clients' tell us that it's worth it.
