We are proud to be a select network of outstanding professional business coaches. Together we form almost one quarter of the handful of coaches in the UK holding the prestigious PCC or MCC qualification from the International Coach Federation (see 'Resources') - an impressive claim in a largely unregulated market.

We are privileged to work with organisations that are leading the way in corporate coaching (see our 'clients' page).

We each have significant prior business experience, so we have stood in the shoes of our clients. We have worked as part of this group for a between 5 and 10 years, successfully supporting clients in all major sectors, and operating both nationally and internationally.

We are small enough to rigorously deliver outstanding quality, yet large enough to support major initiatives in international blue chip organisations.

In addition to our coaching work, from within our ranks we have:

• Spoken at key corporate and industry events
• Co-Chaired the UK Chapter of the ICF during 2004 / 2005
• Offer one of only two ICF-accredited coach training courses in the UK (see 'resources' page)
• Offer the only ICF-accredited coach supervision training course in the world
• Are sought after as supervisors for professional coaches who are looking to achieve excellence in the profession
• Regularly contribute to the coaching profession through our work, and speaking engagements
• Conduct research into coaching in business (see 'Resources').

Our structure allows us to focus only on our clients. We have no intangible organisation to divert our attention from our prime goal - to deliver added value to the client at every stage of the relationship.
