Sheena has worked as a professional coach supporting large, global businesses for the last 10 years. She has been at the forefront of the field as it has developed from its early beginnings into a fully fledged profession, setting up Talent Dynamics in 2000.

She is passionate about the value coaching brings to organisations and the individuals that work in them, and expertly blends her considerable skills as a professional coach, with her knowledge of what makes businesses tick, acquired during her own successful corporate career.

She specialises in helping organisations to develop leadership talent strategically. With the strategic context clear, she works predominantly at executive levels, supporting both individuals and leadership teams to understand the impact they have, and where they need to get out of their own way ! She has the courage to voice what she sees, respectfully challenging whatever stands in the way of success.

Most importantly, she helps her clients to turn these insights into practical strategies and activities that accelerate their success, transforming the way they operate and lead, in work and beyond.

She is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach), one of only a handful in the UK. She is an NLP Master Practitioner, an NLP coach and a graduate of the Leadership Institute of Seattle's Executive Coaching Programme.

Sheena is also a qualified Coach Supervisor, having completed the only ICF-recognised Coach Supervision training in the UK. In this capacity, she supports professional coaches working in organisations, to ensure the highest possible quality of coaching for the client business, and to ensure that coaching adheres to exemplary ethical standards.

She lives in Berkshire with her husband and two small daughters, running a scottish ceilidh band in their 'spare' time, and escaping to Scotland itself whenever possible for a dose of the big outdoors !
