I founded Talent Dynamics in 2000 having spent 15 years in IT leadership, in corporate consulting and in the food industry. I've been fascinated by human relationships in business for at least the last 10 years, but started noticing all sorts of things about working relationships long before that.

I specialise in working with organisations to develop leadership talent strategically. With this strategic context firmly in mind, I work with individuals and groups to help them to notice what they might otherwise overlook, about themselves and the impact they have, as well as about their colleagues and customers.

Most importantly, I support them in turning these observations into practical strategies and activities that transform the way they operate, in work and beyond.

The result is tangible benefits to the individual, and the organisation. Leaders operate with clarity and authenticity, development interventions are aligned in support of business strategy, and the result is significant impact on the direction of the organisation.

I am particularly keen to explore how successful executives develop their own sense of identity and authenticity as they traverse the corporate ladder, and I am currently conducting research in this field across blue chip organisations.

I am accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach), one of only a handful in the UK. I am also a certified NLP Master Practitioner, certified NLP coach and a graduate of the Leadership Institute of Seattle's Executive Coaching Programme.

I live in Berkshire with my husband and two small daughters, running a scottish ceilidh band in our 'spare' time, and escaping to Scotland itself whenever possible for a dose of the big outdoors ! (See our Scottish dance and ceilidh band website!)
