Karen is a highly experienced and inspirational coach.  She is particularly skilled in challenging key leaders, further unlocking their potential to lead and inspire others in a compelling and magnetic way.  She has the courage to provoke sustainable change and the intellect to increase understanding.  She blends this with the sensitivity to support when needed.

Karen has an 18 year track record of coaching individuals and teams in plc, public sector and NGO contexts.  Following NLP Master Practitioner, she has delivered well over 8,000 hours of one to one coaching with hundreds of clients, across the UK, andWestern and Eastern Europe.  She has focused her coaching on facilitating Main Boards and Directors.  Typically, seventy percent of Karen’s time involves working with individual senior leaders, including CEO’s and Managing Directors.

Examples of clients include Diageo, JCB Excavators World Wide, Sony, Financial Services Authority, and the Department of Works and Pensions.

Karen is also the originator of a ground breaking suite of e-coaching tools, ensuring that coaching is accessible for all, in line with her vision for personal growth across organisations.

She was recently invited to address Oxford University Said Business School, presenting her innovative developments in the field of coaching.  She returns there in July 2009.
