Before qualifying as a coach Alistair ran one of the UK’s largest and most influential newspaper companies in the UK so his coaching approach is influenced by the leadership and life experiences associated with being at the helm of a large, fast moving and complex organisation, with responsibility for creating the best possible customer experience, inspiring talent, leading change and building sustainable profit. This sets him up to be an especially aware and attuned executive coach who can ask the penetrating question and provide a wide range of interventions tailored to the client need.
Alistair is, an accredited coach, certified NLP master practitioner, qualified to use MBTI and EQ-I tools, an Associate member of the International Coach Federation, executive performance coach, action learning group facilitator and key note speaker.
